Yogabode studio is situated in Northern Norway, in the Troms county of Balsfjord. Yoga classes include Figure Yoga, Hot Yoga, Hatha, Zen and Core Yoga. Classes are also available in Children’s Yoga, Yoga Dance and Tai Chi. Yogabode is run by Jill Forrest (RYT/IYN) and is now also offering courses in Figure Yoga, a style combining Hot Yoga and various other yoga styles to sculpt the body and calm the mind!
